GroomHe married Sarah Dyerd on 20 November 1809 in North Carolina. This source indicates Sarah was born into the Whittington or Washington family and was actually the Widow Dyer.7

Wynant's household consisted of seven individuals, four Free White Males (two 16 years and upwards) and three Free White Females. One can only surmise who the individuals may have been, other than Wyant and, presumably, his wife Naomi (Kinman) being among them.9
He appeared on the census of 1800 in Morgan, Ashe Co., North Carolina.
In 1818, Wynant Vanderpool lived in Campbell Co., Tennessee.1
