Some Background

Peter Früh was also known as Peter Frueh.

Birth - Marriage - Death

ChildPeter Früh was born circa 1836, in Kingdom of Bavaria. Several U.S. Census returns indicate Peter was born in Bavaria or Germany about 1836. HOWEVER, IF he is the son of Jakob and Margaretha (Balliet) Früh, his parents apparently immigrated to one of the German colonies, Peteresthal, in the Odessa area of the Russian Empire. That Peter Früh's birth and christening records clearly indicate he was born there, not in Bavaria or in Germany.2,3,4,5
GroomHe married Anna Maria Büser, daughter of Nikolas Büser and Margaretha Lanz, before 1860. Their daughter Eva was born in 1860; the record of Eva's marriage names her parents as Peter Fruh and Anne Mary Bu... (Ann Mary's last name is incomplete in transcription.)6
DeceasedHe died on 19 October 1897 in Kings Co., New York.7
